This position will involve working from your home typically two to three days per week and dropping in as required at our clients' offices and site locations, which are throughout the UK. A quality car or car allowance forms part of the package.

An ability to liaise with clients, build relationships, pragmatically and intelligently negotiate and seek value and commercial success are the most important things in this role. You will lead remediation bid management efforts, overseeing the preparation of bids. We are looking for someone commercially strong who is a professional deal-maker. You will handle contract negotiation and administration, ensure construction projects meet technical and regulatory standards, and collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
