Our client are an exceptional Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Contractor, known for delivering building services solutions to Commercial and Residential and Refurbishment projects in London. They pride themselves on providing a true Engineering solution at optimal quality. They are looking for a Document Controller with a proactive approach in building relationships with staff and suppliers. You will be highly organised and be driven to deliver quality work, taking pride in what you do and enjoy supporting and helping others achieve their objectives. You will be mainly working with the Design team. The CAD Document Controller will be responsible for overseeing the organisation, distribution, and maintenance of all CAD drawings and related documents within the MEP projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing document control best practices to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. You will be: * An experienced Document Controller or Co-ordinator * Educated to Degree level. * A proficient user of: All Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel. * Have experience in one or more of the following industry packages: Conject, Project Plus, BIW, Asite, Procore, Aconex, Viewpoint, Share Point, BIM360 document management system (or equivalent). You will be able to: * Use your initiative and work with very little supervision. * Manage priorities with a busy workload. * Accurately input data. * Build strong relationships with all staff and clients whilst maintaining a confident and professional personal manner. This is an excellent opportunity for a good Document Controller / Document Co-Ordinator to build a career with an established and stable Engineering Contractor.
