Our client is a small Ductwork Contractor operating in the construction sector.
They would like to recruit a Junior-Intermediate Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to work on 1-2M projects.
The role is office-based with site visits.
- You will have a minimum of 1-2 years' commercial experience.
- You will have some mechanical and electrical exposure but it is NOT essential that all your commercial experience is within building services.
Duties to include:
- Variations.
- Take-offs.
- Payment submissions.
- Finacial trackers.
- Look-aheads.
This is an junior to intermediate role with excellent long-term potential for growth.
