Quantity Surveyor, work based between home (WFH) and Cardiff office. Our client is one of the UK’s leading developers, builders, and managers. We are looking for a QS who can split their time between working from home and Cardiff. There is a good degree of autonomy in the role, but you should be able to travel to South Wales (based in Wales or England).

You will be working on large value refurbishment and building improvement projects. You'll be involved in the commercial aspects of projects from early up front estimation right through to project completion. Projects range from building envelope and internal fire compartmentation works to full room and amenity space refurbishments.

We are looking for a relevant education and practical experience, complemented by a proactive approach to professional development. You’ll need to demonstrate a good understanding of the construction industry, along with the ability to effectively manage and deliver projects.

The position offers:
