Our client is a single service contractor operating in the construction and maintenance industries. They would like to recruit an Administrative Support Manager to provide business, operational and office management support across the Company, working closely with the Directors, Service Manager and Project/Installation Team.
Role:
- To provide particular support to the Service Department whilst also assisting the Project/Installation Department with business, administrative and commercial activities.
- Provide day-to-day business, administrative and operational support to the Directors and departmental managers.
- Lead and manage the Business Support Team, allocating work, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes, systems and working practices.
- Assist with the management of company-wide client portals, pre-qualification requirements and relevant company and health ISO 9001, LPS 1048 and continual improvement objectives.
- Maintain annual service schedules and support the administration of Service Agreements and renewals.
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in business support, service administration, operations or coordination.
- Strong organisational, administrative and commercial skills.
- Experience using CRM or business management systems.
