Intermediate Building Services Manager

We're looking for an intermediate level M&E Building Services Manager for a market-leading and impressive long-standing Interior Fitout Contractor Client, to work on new build and refurbishment fitout projects in Central London. You will be working with a Senior M&E Manager, overseeing the M&E Installation on their projects to ensure successfully delivery, taking them all the way through from inception to completion. This is a rare opportunity for a career focussed Mechanical or Electrical Building Services Engineer. Ideally you should be a Graduate or hold a similar relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualification, and have at least 18 months experience of engineering Building Services Construction projects, ideally with a London M&E Sub-contractor, on Category A and Category B Fitout Projects. You will be working within a large, supportive M&E team. This is an M&E Management role and our client is looking for somebody who has a strong Building Services background but is looking to develop their M&E project management knowledge and experience in a management level position with a Main Contractor.
