We're looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer either from a Mechanical or Electrical background but with a general understanding of both disciplines for a Main Contractor Client specialising in large value Interior Fitout and Refurbishment Projects in London.
Working in the Mechanical and Electrical team, you will be Managingthe Mechanical and Electrical installation from the Main Contractors perspective, keeping close contact with the client, controlling the M&E Contractors engaged on the project.
Our client will consider someone either Mechanically or Electrical Building Services biased provided you want to improve your knowledge and increase your overall M&E management experience.
We are ideally looking for someone with very good experience of the commercial interior fitout or refurbishment market, either with a comparable Main contractor or a fitout specialist sub-contractor.
This is a long established, blue chip construction specialist and an important name in the London Fitout Market.
