Job Description
We are seeking a commercially minded, executionâdriven leader for the Head of Change and Process, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth for a fastâscaling business. You will lead the delivery of clientâspecific change initiatives, translating partner requirements into scalable operational processes, ensuring seamless integration across field operations, customer journeys, systems and backâoffice functions, and acting as the key connector between commercial, operational and technical teams.
Alongside client delivery, you will own the broader strategic transformation agenda. This includes defining and prioritising the change roadmap, driving digital platform evolution, ensuring effective delivery for digital squads, and identifying new growth opportunities such as the application of AI. You will bring governance, structure and discipline to a high growth environment, helping us build the processes and capabilities required to scale with pace and impact.

Endâtoâend process and system design experience, with the ability to move initiatives through from concept to embed.
Experience working across operations, commercial and technology teams, acting as a connective, simplifying force.
Confidence and skill in matrixâmanaging digital squads, ensuring delivery is aligned, effective and businessâready.
