Lead credit oversight for complex project finance deals. Partner with deal teams on structuring across key sectors.
Provide independent credit analysis and risk assessment on new transactions, amendments, and refinancings. Collaborate with origination and structuring teams to shape deal frameworks while maintaining appropriate risk discipline. Review financial models, sensitivity analyses, and key transaction documentation. Evaluate risk across construction, operational, market, counterparty, and regulatory dimensions. Present credit recommendations to senior credit committees with clear rationale and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor portfolio performance, including ongoing credit reviews, covenant compliance, and stress testing. Ensure alignment with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Support the development and enhancement of credit policies, frameworks, and procedures.

The Successful Applicant:
- Significant experience in project finance credit, structured finance, or related risk roles.
- Strong understanding of project finance structures, documentation, and risk allocation principles.
- Proven ability to assess complex financial models and transaction structures.
- Experience within a banking environment or credit risk function preferred (2LoD experience advantageous).
- Knowledge of infrastructure and energy markets, including evolving trends in renewables and digital assets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior committees.
