Job DescriptionStrategic Leadership
Act as the architect and implementer of a comprehensive retail strategy, spanning multiple channels, including sophisticated digital platforms, institutional sales networks, and directâtoâconsumer pathways.
Identify and capitalise on new growth opportunities in retail markets.
Operational Excellence
Optimise the retail endâtoâend customer journey, devising and implementing goâtoâmarket readiness in a largely untapped space.
Implement standardised processes to ensure consistent customer experience including category management and keyword allocation â driving the discoverâability of content for the consumer.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for retail.
Team Leadership
Build, develop, and lead highâperforming retail operations teams.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures.

Financial Management
