- Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term regional sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Translate corporate growth ambitions into actionable sales plans, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Drive achievement of revenue, volume, market share, distribution, and profitability targets.

- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 15-20 years of progressive sales lea*dership experience within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods industry.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Regional Sales Director or equivalent senior sales lea*dership role.
- Proven track record of consistently delivering ambitious sales and profitability targets.
- Extensive experience managing multiple sales channels, including distribution, traditional trade, retail, and foodservice.
- Deep understanding of distributor management, channel development, and route-to-market strategies.
- Strong experience in sales operations, forecasting, business planning, and commercial execution.
- Excellent lea*dership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
