Job Description
Du führst vier Kernbereiche mit insgesamt mehreren Teams und vier disziplinarischen Führungskräften (Directs):
- Payroll - zuverlässig und robust, Teamstandort Süddeutschland.
- HR‑Controlling - KPI‑Design, Steuerung & Transparenz, überwiegend NRW.
- Compensation & Benefits - Vergütungsarchitektur, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, Pensions/Benefits, hauptsächlich NRW.
- Federal Employment & Global Assignments - bundeswehrnahe Themen inkl. komplexer Entsendungen (auch in anspruchsvolle Einsatzgebiete), Governance & Compliance.
Strategisch & operativ ĂĽbernimmst du:
- Gesamtsteuerung und Stabilität der Abläufe über alle vier Bereiche.
- Den Beitrag zur Digitalisierung (u. a. SuccessFactors‑Einführung) sowie Daten‑ und Prozessqualität.
- KPI‑Transparenz und Reporting in den HR‑Leitungskreis mit klarer Zahlenlogik.
- Stakeholder‑Management mit ruhiger Hand und guter Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in HR‑Operations oder angrenzenden Feldern; sicher in der Zusammenarbeit mit Leitungskreisen.
- Sehr starkes Zahlenverständnis: Du denkst in Daten, Budgets und Szenarien (Controlling, Vergütung, Payroll).
- Breite HR‑Prozesskompetenz mit Tiefe in mindestens zwei der Bereiche Payroll / Compensation & Benefits / HR‑Controlling / Global Assignments.
- Digitale Affinität und Erfahrung mit Systemeinführungen (z. B. SuccessFactors) oder vergleichbaren HRIS‑Lösungen.
- Kulturell passend: Bodenständig, pragmatisch, teamnah – Nähe zulassen, Humor haben, keine Allüren.
- Du fĂĽhrst vertrauensvoll und integrativ.
- Nice to have: Erfahrung in bundeswehrnahen Konstellationen und/oder öffentlicher Hand – wünschenswert, nicht zwingend.
