- Controlling Financiero
- Diseñar y dar seguimiento mensual a reportes de gestión, resultados, márgenes, exposición y performance del negocio de trading.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento del presupuesto y OTL mensual, así como de los KPIs definidos para el negocio; identificando desvíos, causas, riesgos y oportunidades.
- Analizar la rentabilidad por operación, cliente, o contrato, según corresponda.
- Contribuir a la mejora de procesos, con foco en la automatización de reportes, definición de indicadores (financieros y de negocio).
- Contabilidad y Reporting
- Participar activamente en procesos de cierre mensual, registraciones contables, estimaciones, provisiones, conciliaciones contables y validación de resultados de trading.
- Analizar cuentas contables vinculadas al negocio con impacto material en las operaciones (ventas, inventarios al cierre, compras de crudo, operaciones de cobertura y cuentas patrimoniales relevantes).
- Analizar las operaciones de cobertura, bajo las normas IFRS.
- Preparar información contable y de soporte para auditorías internas, externas, revisiones de control y requerimientos corporativos.
- Controlar la integridad, consistencia y trazabilidad de datos vinculados a contratos, volúmenes, precios, inventarios, y resultados.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas corporativas, normas contables aplicables, controles internos y requerimientos de auditoría.
The Successful Applicant
- Contador público, idealmente con posgrado
- Experiencia mínima: 5 años en compañías de Trading de petróleo crudo, agroindustria o mercados con gran volatilidad de precios.
- Conocimiento de procesos de cierre contable, budget, OTL, análisis de desvíos.
- Sólidos conocimientos contables, principalmente en contabilidad de cobertura.
- Entendimiento de variables propias del negocio de trading.
- Nivel avanzado de Excel, y herramientas de visualización de datos.
- Nivel avanzado en manejo de SAP.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
