We are working with an international hospitality group seeking a General Manager for a 4★ adults-only lifestyle resort in Zakynthos (around 160 rooms). The property operates on a seasonal all-inclusive basis and caters to an international leisure clientele, with a strong UK market. It is positioned as a modern, Mediterranean lifestyle resort focused on delivering relaxed, high-quality guest experiences.

Job Description

  • Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and GOP delivery
  • Drive revenue performance, monitoring sales strategy and demand optimisation
  • Ensure strict cost control aligned with budgeted guidelines
  • Lead all hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Leisure) ensuring service excellence
  • Own guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and quality KPIs
  • Guarantee compliance with brand standards and brand experience delivery
  • Implement corporate strategy, policies, and operational SOPs
  • Lead, develop, and manage the leadership team and overall workforce
  • Oversee human capital planning, engagement, and performance
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and executive reports
  • Drive execution of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Share and implement best practices across the region
  • Represent the property locally with stakeholders, authorities, and partners

  • Proven experience as General Manager in a resort or leisure-focused hotel
  • Solid track record managing P&L and driving profitability
  • Experience in seasonal operations and international guest mix
  • Strong leadership skills
