Job Description
- Develop and execute the overall Corporate Communications strategy for Greater China, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Establish and track communications KPIs across internal and external initiatives, measuring impact and effectiveness against regional benchmarks.
- Drive thought lea*dership and reputation-building programs, positioning the organization as a trusted partner among consumers, financial institutions, technology companies, regulators, and government stakeholders.
- Lea*d media relations, issues management, and crisis communications strategies to protect and strengthen corporate reputation.
- Partner closely with senior executives, providing strategic counsel, executive messaging, presentations, briefing materials, and spokesperson support.
- Oversee major employee engagement and internal communications initiatives, including annual lea*dership events, town halls, and employer branding programs.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness across all communication channels, supporting business performance and employee engagement objectives.
- Lea*d, develop, and mentor communications team members while fostering collaboration across regional and global communications functions.
- Serve as a key member of both the APAC Communications Lea*dership Team and Greater China Lea*dership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and business success.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of communications experience, ideally combining in-house corporate and agency environments.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering strategic communications programs from concept through execution.
- Strong verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and energetic individual with a hands-on approach and drive for results.
- Passion for technology, financial services, payments, retail, or other fast-evolving industries.
