Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and AUM growth across private banking clients in SEA
- Build, manage, and deepen client relationships across RMs, ICs, and CIO offices
- Lead client engagement including meetings, presentations, and events
- Deliver tailored investment solutions aligned to client objectives
- Identify and execute new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio
- Provide market insights, positioning, and client reporting
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
Requirements:
- More than 10 years' in private banking sales or investment distribution in Singapore
- Strong existing relationships with leading private banks (e.g. UBS, J.P. Morgan PB, Bank of Singapore, LGT, Julius Baer)
- Proven track record of driving AUM growth and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and PB distribution landscape
- Highly commercial with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Results-driven, client-focused professional with strong ownership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive annual salary between SGD 225,000 and SGD 275,000.
