- 建立覆盖海外子公司、研发中心及生产基地的财务控制框架。
- 负责预算管理、经营分析、资金管理及风险控制。
- 推动全球财务数字化转型及业财融合建设。
- 支持重大经营决策、产能扩张及战略投资项目。
全球资金与税务管理
- 统筹全球现金管理及资金调配。
- 负责跨境资金安排、外汇管理及风险控制。
- 主导国际税务架构设计与税务合规管理。
- 持续优化资金使用效率及资本结构。
跨境并购及投后整合
- 主导境内外并购项目的财务尽调及交易架构设计。
