Job Description
- Group Financial Governance System Construction
- Responsible for the top-level design and continuous optimisation of the group financial management system;
- Establish unified financial management standards for the group and its subsidiaries;
- Streamline and improve financial systems and control mechanisms;
- Promote the standardisation and normalisation of group financial management.
- Internal Control and Risk Management
- Establish and continuously improve the group internal control system;
- Enhance control over key business processes such as funds, taxes, procurement, contracts, and expenses;
- Establish risk identification, early warning, and rectification mechanisms;
- Organise internal audits and special inspections.
- Financial Management and Operational Support
- Responsible for budget management system construction and process control;
- Promote operational analysis and financial data management;
- Optimise asset management and fund utilisation efficiency;
- Provide professional financial support for group business decisions.
- Tax and Compliance Management
- Coordinate group tax management work;
- Establish a standardised tax management system;
- Interface with external audit, tax, and regulatory agencies;

- Capital Market Standardisation and IPO Preparation
- In line with the group development plan, promote the continuous optimisation of the financial system, internal control system, and governance structure;
- Advance financial standardisation in accordance with Hong Kong capital market regulatory requirements;
- Organise pre-IPO financial compliance rectification and internal control enhancement work;
- Collaborate with intermediaries such as brokers, accounting firms, and law firms to carry out IPO preparation work;
- Provide professional support in finance, internal control, and governance for the company's future listing on the Hong Kong stock market.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, finance, or related fields; CPA preferred;
- 10-20 years of financial management experience; more than 3 years of experience in financial management at the number one position in small and medium-sized groups;
- Background from the Big Four or large enterprises, with experience in financial management across multiple entities and subsidiaries;
- Familiar with financial governance, internal control management, and risk control system construction; experience in overseas IPO or capital operations is preferred;
- Strong problem-solving skills and cross-level influence, able to promote the continuous implementation of group financial standardisation, internal control system construction, and future IPO preparation work.
