Page Executive is seeking an experienced professional to act as the SFC Responsible Officer for Type 1 and Type 9 activities, overseeing compliance and licensing requirements in the Hong Kong regulatory framework.

You will lead private equity fund management, ensure investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and robust AML/KYC controls, while coordinating with auditors, legal advisers, and fund administrators.

English and Chinese language skills preferred.
