The Regional Director will lead multi-contract delivery operations across the Midlands & Southern regions, driving performance and profitability to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and clients. As a senior leader, you will hold full P&L accountability for a multi-million business, inspire high-performing teams, and build strategic relationships to support sustainable growth and enhance the business reputation as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Own full P&L accountability for a multi-contract regional business unit and ensure commercial sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery and customer outcomes, consistently exceeding client expectations across all contracts.
- People Leadership: Inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams, fostering engagement, developing talent, and creating a high-performance culture.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and leveraging account management to support organic growth.
- Transformation & Innovation: Champion modernisation of service delivery, embedding technology and process improvements to enhance performance and profitability.
- Growth & Market Presence: Act as the senior regional leader, engaging with key external stakeholders (e.g., devolved administrations, combined authorities, integrated care boards) to drive year-on-year growth in partnership with the Growth team.
- Reputation Management: Uphold the organisation's integrity and reputation as a trusted delivery partner within the public services sector.
The successful Regional Director will be a proven senior leader who thrives on complexity, growth, and delivering outcomes at scale. This is a hybrid role and candidates can be located in the UK with easy access to the Midlands and South. You bring multiple years operating at Director level, and a track record of leading multi-contract portfolios for multiple clients through geographically dispersed teams. Commercially sharp and purpose-led, you excel at winning and delivering high-value, high-quality, sustainable contracts while building trusted relationships at the most senior levels.
