With the leadership team, execute a strategic plan designed to optimise performance of the home improvement business. This will be demonstrated through positive sales turnover growth and increased profit margin.

Develop a sales and marketing strategy to develop already established regions which includes Yorkshire, Lancashire and the East Midlands with a plan to increase sales growth.

Continue to evolve opposed to revolutionise the business.

Lead, mentor and develop the experienced senior leadership team as well as leading the development of future leaders and the wider management team.

Be focused on continuous improvement to maintain and develop consistent product quality and install efficiency.

Proactively collect and value ideas for product, marketing and sales process improvements and implement according to impact.

Track KPIs and develop new working practices that improve the quality and efficiency of supporting processes.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

Work closely with the key stakeholders to maximise sales and become intimate with the inner workings of all sides of the group.

Identify and make possible bolt on acquisitions.
