Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) and Management Advisory Services (MAS) legal service panel contracts.
- Prepare and coordinate mandatory reports, including quarterly and end‐of‐year financial and expenditure reports.
- Monitor compliance with firm policies and procedures relating to government panels, including Statement of Tax Record (STR) and security clearance requirements.
- Maintain accurate client and matter data in firm systems, ensuring consistency and compliance for reporting purposes.
- Manage communication across government practice teams, including oversight of shared mailboxes and distribution of panel‐related updates.
- Liaise with partners, lawyers, and practice coordinators nationally to support client reporting, performance tracking, and business development initiatives.
- Work with the risk and compliance team to identify and manage potential conflicts of interest involving government entities.
- Support tender responses, government engagement initiatives, and compliance with Head Agreement obligations.
- Facilitate learning and development activities to improve panel awareness, compliance, and efficiency across practice groups.
