I am recruiting for a Director of Competition Economics with a global consultancy based in London. You will lead a team of highly qualified and talented economists on the following:
- Mergers
- Market Investigations
- Abuse of Dominance
- Vertical Agreements
- Collusive practices
- Expert witness & Litigation
Play a pivotal role in developing our competition propositions, including profitability, competition economics, regulatory reporting and business rates. Lead projects and build enduring client relationships, becoming the go-to person for utilities, infrastructure funds and financial institutions on relevant market opportunities.
A successful Director of Competition Economics should have:
- A strong academic background in economics or a related field.
- Proven expertise in competition economics having worked in consultancy at some stage in your career.
- Experience in developing new business.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
