The Senior Director, Global Order to Cash owns the end‑to‑end execution of revenue realization, ensuring revenue is accurate, compliant, scalable, and delivered with a strong customer experience. The role spans the full O2C lifecycle across multiple regions and currencies, with direct influence on cash flow, revenue accuracy, and operational performance.
This leader manages globally distributed and offshore teams responsible for billing, collections, renewals, and revenue operations. They partner closely with Accounting to support ASC 606 compliance, maintain strong SOX controls, and serve as the primary O2C contact for audits.
