Job Description
- Advise clients on financial restructuring and insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 cases and out‑of‑court restructurings.
- Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including restructuring agreements, bankruptcy filings, and related documents.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis to support client cases and decision‑making processes.
