Job Description Provide legal counsel and advice on private client matters, including estate planning and wealth management strategies. Draft, review, and manage legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client needs and deliver tailored legal solutions. Advise clients on tax implications related to trusts, estates, and wealth preservation strategies. Conduct legal research to support client cases and ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and effective communication. Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and representation in legal proceedings as needed. Promote compliance and ethical conduct within the organization and with external stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing. Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and wealth management laws and regulations. Excellent legal drafting and research skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
