Oversee and manage all accounting operations (some of which are outsourced) across multiple international geographies. Design and implement standardized accounting policies, procedures and controls across international geographies. Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes. Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation and optimization of the company's ERP and financial reporting platforms. Develop financial operations dashboards and KPIs to monitor vendor performance. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Lead the audit process across all entities in co-ordination with external advisors. Oversee global cash management, treasury operations and global banking relationships.
