- Lead infrastructure and project finance transactions across the Americas from initial review through closing.
- Assess transaction structures, financing terms, and key commercial considerations to support lending decisions.
- Prepare clear credit materials and transaction updates for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal partners to progress approvals, documentation, and deal execution.
- Review financial information and transaction assumptions to identify key areas for discussion.
- Maintain accurate records of transaction activity, approvals, and outstanding actions.
- Build productive working relationships with relevant internal and external transaction parties.
- Contribute to the continued delivery of infrastructure and project finance activity across the Americas.
