Job Description

  • Develop and execute the organisation's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, shaping long‑term growth and value creation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in accounting and finance within the financial services industry, ideally from a consumer lending type of organisation with experience of having SMF2 responsibility.
  • Experience of financial services is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and risk management practices.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • A relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • A track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
