Labor & Employment Counsel - Compliance & Litigation

• Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including compliance and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and contracts.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports or memoranda.
• Advise on policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Collaborate with clients to address workplace investigations and disputes.
• Stay informed on changing labor and employment laws and regulations.
• Provide support in training sessions and workshops on employment law topics.
