Job Description
- Develop, update, and manage training materials, guidance documents, and other knowledge resources.
- Curate and maintain precedent collections and conduct matter debriefs to support analysis.
- Partner with leadership to identify training needs and design appropriate training resources.
- Guide attorneys in using internal and external learning tools.
- Deliver training on knowledge management tools, resources, and best practices.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and KM systems relevant to litigation.
- Collaborate with the KM team on innovation and technology projects.
- Support and scale pilot initiatives, gather feedback, and track outcomes.
- Evaluate generative AI capabilities and develop tailored prompts for legal tasks.
- Provide guidance on effective, ethical, and secure AI use.
- Gather feedback on KM systems and leverage attorney engagement to support adoption.
- Document best practices and lessons learned on technology evaluation and implementation.
- Identify gaps in KM systems and develop solutions to address them.
- Create workflows that improve efficiency in common matter types.
- Build strong relationships across the department and encourage knowledge sharing.
The Successful Applicant
- JD degree and significant litigation experience (5-7 years preferred).
- Strong organizational, project management, and time‑management skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership while collaborating effectively.
- Skilled at developing creative, iterative solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
