The Fractional CTO will act as a strategic technology advisor , helping define and execute a future-proof data reporting and integration strategy to ensure systems remain scalable and ready for growth . This role bridges executive leadership, operational teams, and technology partners , guiding the optimal approach to meet business requirements while overseeing implementation and mentoring internal teams.
