Job Description
- Handle intellectual property litigation cases, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies.
- Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and case law.
- Prepare and manage discovery processes, including depositions and document reviews.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on intellectual property matters.
