Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and representation in health care-related litigation matters.
- Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case preparation and strategy development.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation within the health care sector.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in health care laws and regulations.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Health Care Litigation Associate Attorney should have:
