Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end revenue growth by personally managing sales activities and team performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, recruiting and coaching front-line sales leaders.
  • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Monitor KPIs daily, conduct performance reviews, and follow through on forecasts and action plans.
  • Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to develop client relationships and close complex deals.
