Job Description

  • Develop and lead the global Learning & Development strategy
  • Design and deliver leadership and management training programs
  • Build development pathways from onboarding through to leadership
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and drive performance improvement
  • Strengthen manager capability in coaching, accountability, and performance management
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives
  • Create scalable learning solutions across US and UK offices
  • Establish and track L&D success metrics including productivity, retention, progression, and manager effectiveness
  • Drive alignment between business goals and learning initiatives
  • Build and shape the future of the L&D function as the business continues to scale globally

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of Learning & Development experience
  • A background in recruitment agency, executive search, staffing, consultancy, or agency environment
  • Experience building leadership and management development programs within a high-performance, growth-oriented business
  • Commercially minded with the ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes
  • Strong facilitator who can influence stakeholders from new hires through to executive leadership
  • Able to work 4 days per week in the NYC office (5 days when delivering training)
