Job Description:

  • Own and drive the full P&L for the consumer electronics and accessories division, delivering profitable revenue growth across key retail channels.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a cross-functional team across sales, merchandising, and product/production.
  • Build, operate, and expand relationships with major retail and club accounts including Walmart, Target, and Costco/Sam's Club.
  • Create and execute assortment strategies, optimizing SKU productivity, margin performance, and portfolio mix.
  • Run line reviews, joint business planning, and key account negotiations with retail partners.
  • Drive speed-to-market initiatives while balancing cost, margin discipline, and product innovation.
  • Identify and execute new channel expansion opportunities, particularly within Club and specialty retail.
  • Deliver data-driven commercial decisions to improve revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in consumer products, ideally within consumer electronics, accessories, or adjacent high-SKU categories.
  • Strong track record of full P&L ownership with accountability for both revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Deep experience managing and growing relationships with major retail accounts such as Walmart, Target, and other national or specialty retailers.
  • Exposure to Club channel retail (e.g., Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-SKU product portfolios and drive SKU productivity and assortment optimization.
  • Commercially sharp with strong negotiation skills and experience leading line reviews and joint business planning.
  • Data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on retail performance, pricing, and profitability metrics.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can operate strategically while executing at pace in a fast-growth environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align sales, merchandising, and product teams around shared outcomes.
