The Group Sales Director will lead the charge on commercial growth, setting a bold and integrated sales direction that drives new opportunities, sharper performance and meaningful market impact across a multi-division organisation. Bringing an entrepreneurial mindset, they will reshape how the business approaches sales, building a culture that is proactive, agile and focused on delivering results that stand up to real world demands. They will strengthen cross business collaboration, ensure teams are equipped with the right processes, systems and tools, and create the conditions for consistent, high quality execution. With clear accountability for revenue and margin growth, they will challenge traditional ways of working, introduce smarter commercial mechanisms, and help the organisation scale with confidence. Customer confidence and reliability will sit at the heart of their approach, ensuring every interaction delivers value, assurance and standout service.
Working closely with Marketing, Operations and Finance, the Group Sales Director will play a central role in wider transformation efforts, helping to shape a future-fit organisation that performs strongly, adapts quickly and sets a higher bar for commercial excellence.
