Overview
The Group Head of FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. The incumbent will take responsibility for the partnerships within the organisation to ensure meaningful advice and guidance is provided to ensure optimal financial performance.

Responsibilities
- To take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of budget packs, to inform quarterly forecasting and budget review meetings.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support organisational strategy.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimise financial performance.
- To lead on budgeting and forecasting
- To line-manage the members of the Finance team (4-5 direct reports)
Profile / Qualifications
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance – ideally ACA
- Ideally, from an audit background
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a commercial setting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
- Line management experience
Job Offer
- Daily rate of GBP £600-750 depending on experience.
- Hybrid working – 3 days on site in Kent
- Strong opportunity for temp to perm contract
- Temporary position with a potential pathway to Finance Director
