Job Description: Reporting to the CIO, the Director of IT Operations will be responsible for global capabilities including:

- Network Connectivity
- Digital Workplace Solutions

- Service Delivery
- Site Technology Operations
The candidate will maintain an IT operations roadmap supporting business growth and innovation, implement robust security measures, ensure regulatory compliance, manage operational budgets, and lead a management team of over 100 professionals.
The Successful Applicant: Candidates should currently lead an international IT Operations team of at least 60 members in a large global company, covering multiple regions. Expertise is required in IT Operations, Cloud Hosting, Network, Digital Workplace, Security, and Service Delivery. Experience in sectors such as consumer manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or industrial is preferred. Experience in managing significant transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
