Drive overall enterprise SHEQ leadership, culture, and standards, working with a high level of integrity and drive. Lead manufacturing quality initiatives across multiple plants in the Americas region and globally to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded. Represent the Voice of Customer regarding quality standards. Ensure full execution of corporate initiatives related to quality, safety, environmental, and health standards across all business units worldwide.
Establish and report KPIs for the functions, reporting results to the EVP and Leadership team. Manage and execute all operational decisions regarding quality, environmental, health, and safety across manufacturing plants. Ensure a reduction in workplace incidents and environmental hazards, driving continuous improvement. Partner with Operations Leaders to improve operations, driving lean and Six Sigma practices. Maintain and ensure full compliance with local and international regulations.
Lead and participate in OSHA audits. Lead the global enterprise sustainability program. Conduct internal reviews of quality management systems based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. Drive change and process improvements across multiple manufacturing plants.
