As Mid-Level Labor & Employment Associate you will:

  • Advise clients on labor, employment, and workplace safety laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and policies.
  • Advise and represent clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment law matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal strategies for clients.
  • Assist in handling matters related to employee benefits, wage and hour compliance, and labor relations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal services.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment and workplace safety laws.

Candidates must be based in Dallas, Texas and/or be open to relocating to the area so that they can work from the firm's Dallas office 3 days per week. Candidates must have US work authorization without requiring sponsorship.
