As Finance Director, you will lead Mytime Active's financial strategy, governance, and compliance, ensuring robust financial management and supporting organisational growth. Reporting to the CEO, you'll play a key role on the Strategic Leadership Team, driving performance and transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver the organisation's financial agenda, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Provide governance and compliance oversight, acting as Company Secretary and advising the Board and CEO.
  • Oversee audit, risk management, and procurement functions, ensuring robust systems and controls.
  • Drive business planning, reporting, and transformation projects to support growth and sustainability.
  • Manage and develop the Finance team (team of 9), fostering high performance and engagement.
The Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with proven experience at Finance Director level in a multi site, service based organisation. Skilled in governance and compliance, you'll combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance social and financial objectives. Experience of property leases is an advantage.

Salary £90-£100K. Great benefits including a leisure and golf membership for you and one other person. Hybrid working: three days per week from home, with regular weekly presence in Bromley.
