Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive market mapping to identify and assess executive talent across industries and functions.
  • Build and execute research-led search methodologies that deliver exceptional candidate outcomes.
  • Engage, assess and influence senior executive and C-suite candidates, often developing relationships from a cold introduction.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate screening and bring assignments through to longlist stage.
  • Provide clients and internal stakeholders with market intelligence, talent insights and competitor analysis.
  • Utilise a range of sourcing platforms and tools, including Linked In Recruiter, Copilot, internal databases and other market intelligence sources.
  • Maintain accurate project and candidate records, ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout the search process.
  • Identify and refer potential commercial opportunities uncovered through candidate and market engagement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our research function, processes and best practices.
