Job Description:

  • Review cash and stock reconciliation
  • Review fund and account valuation
  • Arrange daily funding
  • Ensure accurate trade executions and settlement of trades
  • Handle daily fund dealing

The Successful Applicant:

  • 10+ years in asset management or financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior operations role.
  • Proven experience managing ETF operations, active fund administration, and derivatives/futures operations.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong SFC regulations, MPFA, and cross-border fund structures (e.g., UCITS, Mainland-Hong Kong Mutual Recognition of Funds).
