Develop financial analysis and execute business models for critical initiatives. Analyze profitability by customer, channel, and program. Evaluate impact of off-price channels, marketplaces sales and promotional strategies. Manage and develop the finance team to equip them for rapid organizational growth and evolving business needs. Assist with working capital management and cash planning, with a strong focus on optimizing inventory levels, enhancing trade payables efficiency, and ensuring liquidity to support business growth. Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly close analysis across all divisions and channels (wholesale, DTC). Oversee royalty calculations, accruals, payments and reporting in accordance with licensing agreements. Partner with operations to manage inventory levels, reserves, and obsolescence. Maintain and strengthen strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Oversee and coordinate all external audits, including financial, banking, and regulatory. Monitor tax compliance, ensuring accurate filings and timely payments.
A strong background in accounting and finance, particularly in the apparel industry. Proficiency in inventory, AR, chargebacks, and insurance. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
