Job Description: We are working with a leading international bank looking to appoint a Director within its Loan Capital Markets / Distribution team in London. This is a front-office, market-facing role focused on investor coverage, deal distribution, and supporting origination across a diverse loan product set. The position sits at the intersection of structuring, sales, and market intelligence, with strong visibility across senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Leading investor coverage across banks, credit insurers, and institutional buyers
- Driving distribution across primary transactions and supporting execution of sell-down processes
- Sourcing and facilitating secondary trades to support balance sheet management
- Working closely with LCM and origination teams on structuring, pricing, and market positioning
- Providing market intelligence, liquidity analysis, and investor feedback into live transactions
- Supporting strategic initiatives including syndications across real estate, infrastructure, and broader real assets
- Collaborating with global teams to deliver a coordinated approach to investor engagement
The Successful Applicant: We are looking to speak with individuals who bring a strong understanding of European loan markets and a proven ability to operate in a client-facing, revenue-generating role.
- Deep knowledge of loan products, ideally across infrastructure, project finance, real estate, and/or leveraged finance
- Established investor relationships and a track record of successful deal distribution
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence structuring and pricing decisions
- A proactive, relationship-led mindset with the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders
