Exciting opportunity for a Director, Head of Debt Issuer Services with a global financial services organisation in London or Leeds.
Overview: This senior leadership role reports to the Managing Director of Corporate Markets Europe and is based on a hybrid working model from either a central London or Leeds city centre office. Regular in-office collaboration is expected.
You\\\’ll oversee a team responsible for executing bondholder identification and supporting complex debt transactions. The role involves strategic leadership, operational oversight, and relationship management across a diverse client base, including investment banks, law firms, and restructuring advisors.
Key Deliverables
Strategic Focus
- Develop and implement the Debt Intelligence strategy with a focus on client excellence.
- Oversee project delivery from due diligence to completion.
- Drive initiatives that enhance standardisation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Engage with industry bodies and partners to inform future developments.
Operational Management
- Lead services related to bondholder identification, including pre-transaction and regulatory exercises.
