Global professional services technology company well known for innovative services and products. Highly collaborative work environment with a focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions to its clients. This is an immediate start, contract role running from early October through to December 2025.
Job Description
As In-House Contract Attorney this role involves:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including commercial subscription agreements, amendments, service level support agreements, consultant agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other related agreements related to software, licensing, and B2B commercial partnerships.
- Handle full-cycle client contracting cycle from first draft to signature.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills – the ability to drive a high volume of contracts in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to update them on the contract lifecycle, address legal concerns and provide guidance on business contract decisions.
- Collaborate with the wider legal team – leading contract negotiations and processes.
This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have US work authorization now and indefinitely.
The Successful Applicant
The In-House Contract Attorney should have demonstrable:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the bar in at least one U.S. state.
- Proven experience in full cycle contract management – drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Salesforce experience.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation in a fast-paced professional services technology environment beneficial but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple contracts efficiently in a busy matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
