Job Description
- Work closely with the MD to implement the growth strategy for the business
- Oversee and develop the HR, Customer Service, and IT Support teams
- Build scalable operational processes that enable growth without compromising brand values
- Collaborate with leadership to align operations with strategic goals
- Introduce tools, systems, and ways of working that increase efficiency and team effectiveness
- Ensure compliance, people development, and excellent internal service delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Experience working for a well-known branded consumer business, you will be familiar working for household brands that have global reach
- Background in consumer durables such as toys, gifting, fashion, sports etc
- Understands how a strong brand operates and scales from the inside out
- Familiar with supporting or leading operational growth in a consumer business
- Able to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, strategic, and communication skills
